This is Principal Anderson with a few announcements:
4-day In-person Instruction
Students that registered for our 4-day in-person hybrid learning opportunity will begin this Monday, May 17th. Students participating in the 4-day option will attend school on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for the remainder of the school year.
COVID Clinic for Students
Baltimore County Public Schools has partnered with Baltimore County Department of Health to offer students and their families an opportunity to obtain a COVID-19 vaccine. Please see the flyer attached to the email being sent home for details.
Parent Workshop
Thursday, May 20th at 6:00 pm our school social worker will be offering a virtual parent workshop on the Executive Functioning Skills, “Planning and Organization.” This continues the monthly series on the 8 common executive functioning skills that affect a student’s ability to learn and be successful. It will be offered through Microsoft Teams. If you have questions please reach out to Ms. Strauss, the school social worker at [email protected].
Registration
As a reminder, students will have an opportunity to request schedule changes starting May 24th through June 4th. Information on how to view a student’s schedule for the 2021-2022 school year and how to request changes will be sent to families prior to the registration window opening.
Senior Gala
Finally, for our senior parents, the Senior Gala will be held tomorrow evening, Saturday, May 15th at 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. The student parking lot will be transformed to host an evening event and we look forward to helping our seniors celebrate the final days of the senior year of high school.
