Interactive Media Production

Interactive Media Production focuses on the digital arts.  Students learn cutting edge design, programming, and craftsmanship through print, animation, video, and photography.  Using real world, authentic professional experiences students create original works across multiple platforms, applying effective communication, collaboration, and personal initiative to achieve the goals of each stage of the production process.

This program teaches the skills required to be recognized as an Adobe Certified Associate including computer skills and fluency with programs such as Basic Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After-Effects. The program emphasizes experimentation in a variety of traditional classical art media using the computer's advantages in producing multimedia art works. Students develop an individualistic style in their computer art works within the school community and through internships with professional organizations.
