Counseling

Students may receive a pass from their counselor or administrator (distributed through Homerooms/First Period) with a date and time to meet.  Students should present that pass to their classroom teacher, and then with that teacher’s approval proceed to the guidance office or front office for their meeting.

Students may schedule appointments with their counselor by coming to the guidance office, completing the “pink” guidance pass, securing the counselor’s signature and then that pass should be presented to their classroom teacher for approval before coming to guidance for the appointment. Students should check with their homeroom/first period teacher to see if a pass from guidance has been sent.

Students may visit the guidance office without a pass, before school, during MAV-time or after school to meet with counselors, to pick up/drop off forms; Student Service Learning forms, Work Permits, College Visit Day forms, MVA Attendance Verification forms, etc.
